The Recorded Video Statement will assist you in
determining the facts of a claim through thorough
interviews that concentrate on the focal point of your
claimant’s reported injury, accident, date of loss,
medical diagnosis and treatment information, medication,
follow up treatment plans and physical restrictions.
We at MIG, create the best possible environment to
facilitate the communication of the facts from the
person being interviewed. By closely listening to the
subject and allowing him / her to give an uninterrupted
interview, our investigators gather the facts on an
event or incident and are able to accurately access the
truth or deception through investigative techniques and
body
language.
Our Recorded Video Statements are conducted on a face to
face level with the Subject/Claimant. You will receive a
detailed report that includes a photo image of the
subject and location in question and the
recorded/written statement. |

This service provides two types of video/photo
documentation.
Video Documentation:
A walkthrough style video of the loss location with
emphasis on the following areas: A view of the exterior
of the structure and surrounding area, All interior
rooms, All points of entry/exit with attention to
lockable mechanisms.
Additional Add-on Option (360 Degree Photos)
All of the above video documentation with the following:
A professional panoramic assembly of photos allowing you
ability to look at any view or item in a particular
area, with the ability to zoom in or out on items or
areas of interest. |

Stationary
and mobile surveillance continues to provide our clients
with an in depth review of the claimant's activity
outside of the medical office. Surveillance is
conducted covertly and documentation is captured both in
writing and in video. At MIG we have updated all
of our investigators to digital video to provide our
clients with the clearest quality available today.
In addition,
investigators are capable of streaming the surveillance
live to our clients office for review and case
evaluation on important instances.
*Streaming
is not available in all coverage areas due to cellular
data maps.
